Systems

Decanter

Horizontal DECANTER centrifuge for continuous separation of solids from liquids such as thickening and de watering sludge, suspensions with granular solids, clarification of liquids, classification of fine pigments, etc. Flottweg provides a broad range of DECANTER sizes, from pilot scale or small production up to industrial scale with capacities of 200 m³/h.

Tricanter

Horizontal decanter centrifuge for continuous separation of 3-phase systems consisting of two immiscible liquids and solids. Flottweg provides a broad range of TRICANTER sizes, from pilot scale or small production up to industrial scale with capacities of 80 m³/h.

Typical applications:
oil sludge's, recovery of animal /vegetable oils and fats, wheat starch/gluten separation, etc.
